Free in-home survey
Christopher visits your home, measures everything, listens to how your household actually lives. No script, no pressure, no sales consultant.

Design & fixed quote
A drawn layout with materials specified line-by-line and a fixed price. Nothing hidden, no "surprise extras" on the final bill.

Strip, build, tile
We protect your floors, strip the old room, re-plumb, tile by hand, and second-fix. You keep the keys. We leave the door as we found it each night.

Handover & aftercare
A walk-through together, a written guarantee in your hand, and Christopher's number saved under "bathroom guy" — for anything, for as long as you own it.

Good questions
Things worth asking up front.
How long does a typical bathroom take?
Most full refits are five to ten working days. Wet rooms and en-suites lean shorter; large master bathrooms with bespoke joinery lean longer. You'll get an exact day-count with your quote.
Do I need to move out?
Almost never. We protect floors, seal dust zones, and leave the house tidy every evening. If it's your only bathroom, we'll plan the sequence so the old suite stays usable as long as possible.
Do you supply the tiles and fittings, or do I?
Your call. Most clients prefer we supply everything — we get trade prices and know what will last. If you've seen something specific, we'll fit it. What we don't do: fit bargain-bin fittings and then warranty them.
When do I pay?
A deposit to book the slot and order materials. A stage payment at tiling. The balance on handover, after the walk-through. No payment before you see it working.
What if something goes wrong after you've gone?
You ring Christopher. His number is saved in every job folder for as long as the house has his bathroom in it. The written guarantee covers workmanship — any supplied product carries its manufacturer warranty on top.
